Here are some photos from another game that took place on the same night as the War in the Peloponnese game from the previous blog entry. I was not involved in this one, so am very sketchy on the details, but I got these pictures during a lull in the action and so thought it would be a shame to let them go to waste. Also, we haven't had any World War Two games featured on here as yet.
From what I could gather, the game features a German arrmy counterattack against Americans in a recently-captured town. It looked pretty anyway, without cluttering the battlefield up with Tigers and Shermans.
I'll be putting up more photos from different periods in the future, as games occur, to redress the balance. Ancients wargaming is currently experiencing a resurgence in popularity here, but we've got some other periods rumbling to be played as well!
Welcome to the Eastbourne Men At Arms wargames club blog. Eastbourne Men At Arms has been running for more than 25 years, with current members both old and new. We meet every Monday evening from around 7 'til 10 in a secure room that we lease on a full-time basis. This blog will tell you about us and give pictures of our games.
